Welcome to Metta and Me.

We jump for joy and truly believe in the philosophy of 'Metta,' which means kindness towards oneself and others, and our mission is to support women's health and wellness, from the very first period to peri menopause and beyond.

Metta and Me was born from years of trying to manage the ups and downs of hormonal cycles and trying to  accept this is what is must feel and be like, as a woman.

Drawing on personal experiences, as well as taking the learnings and insight from working in Design and Buying for Fashion and Health & Beauty industries, Metta and Me was inspired to cultivate a vision, voice and space for Women's wellness.
